Was told appointment would last.1-1.5 hours was there for almost 2.5 hours. Prices are too high, was promised a coupon but the offer was actually higher than the online coupon. The representative was nice, but probably will go to another service location closer to home

Took the car back to get washed again. Still has bird poop on it. If you're not going to wash it - don't tell me you are and waste my time.

Nick in service is absolutely amazing !!! I have been coming into Acura for the past few years now and I feel like he’s family . He has always been so generous to my kids and I when we are in . I can’t say enough about the team of workers here. Everyone goes above and beyond to make our wait time go by so much smoother .
