Service took too long in my opinion. Took one hour after being notified it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Then when notified my vehicle was ready, it was the wrong vehicle.

Scarlett was outstanding. There were a few unexpected repairs needed in addition to the brake job we brought in and she communicated the issues clearly so we felt we were making well informed decisions. She helped buffer the sticker shock with discounts that allowed us to get the job done. It would be a pleasure to work with her again.
