I find that the service department at McGrath is slow. Each time I have been there whether it be for a car wash or for today’s service I end up spending way more time than I plan or that I have in the past at other car dealers. Each time, I have had to go out and ask service when my car will be ready, as it always seems to take an extremely long time.
