Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional and made sure my car was fixed completely. I would suggest you investigate a better phone system for customer questions, this last comment only pertains to the dealership, not the service writer.

After my oil change and tire rotation I saw that the tires had 3 different air pressures. I did not have time that day to bring the car back to the dealership to have this addressed. Later that week the car gave a low pressure warning for one of the tires. I had to stop in the rain to put air in the tires. When I added air I realized that the stem caps were barely attached. Acura is a premium brand. Service from an Acura dealer should also be a premium experience. It is priced at that level. I am extremely disappointed in my recent service experience.

I came in to get an oil change and Jason went above and beyond his duties to make sure my Acura TLX is working well. Since Im nearing the end of my warranty, he made sure everything was checked and working properly. He also gave me his undivided attention to hear my concerns I may have with the vehicle. Thank you Jason for providing stellar customer service! You are fantastic to work with! Will definitely come back to get my car service here.
