ACURA did not solve my problem
I bought the car believing it had a Blu Ray player
Which it states in the manual they told me today it doesn’t
I want them to install a Blu Ray player or give me a new 2020 car
Had a nail in 1tire. Nick worked me into a very busy day and the tech fixed it. A different tire service shop had told us there was no road hazard and tried to sell us a new tire. Thanks for working us into a what was a VERY busy day and making the repair at a very reasonable price.

Nick was fine, he was not the problem. I am having problems with Apple Car Play and Acura was not able to duplicate the problem and solve it. ( I rented a Chevy Equinox for two weeks on vacation and had NO problems with Apple Car Play)I was told there would be a software update before the end of the year that will hopefully address the Apple Car Play problems. Also, big problems with my phone calls bouncing from car speaker to cell phone and vice versa.

The service team was terrific, but one of my sporadic transmission issues which was I reproducible, came back on the same day. I’m a bit frustrated that it’s not reproducible or identifiable. The hard shifting came back for my entire 1hour drive home from work. But after letting my car sit for a couple hours, the problem hasn’t occurred in the past 24 hours. If the problem shows up again, I will try to go directly to the service department.
