The service there was good. However there was much confusion as I was quoted 20 minutes to get my car key fixed. The time quoted of 90 minutes when my mom and toddler daughter arrived was very surprising.

When the battery on our CRV died, Pauly Honda was absolutely no help. Their service department was actually anything but helpful. Not only did Nick send someone to jump the car, but you got our business for this repair and our continued loyalty. I've been a customer since 2005 and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!
