It’s a small detail, but if the vehicle is going to be washed and cleaned, the inside of the windshield should be clean and streak-free. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. They even clipped my floor mats back into place which was my suggestion from my last service appointment.

Jason was great. Very detail oriented. Doesn't appear as if tires were rotated though. Thought that was part of the service I requested. Also, I think he stated they topped off the power steering fluid, but wasn't sure reading the receipts. If the droaning noise goes away (so far so good) then I know they did top off the fluid.

While we understand that glitches can happen, like our car not taking reprogramming, we would’ve appreciated more frequent updates, so we understand why “it’ll be ready in 15 minutes” turns into an hour.

Nick my service advisor was great. I was supposed to have a mounted plug in for the wire harness for the hitch. I don't see even the regular style of wire harness that hangs down. Having this installed was part of the agreement when I purchased the Highlander.
