Jason was very friendly and helpful. He explained my bill very clearly, which I appreciate. The technician discovered that the driver’s side mirror no longer heats when the rear defroster is operating. Jason told me that it’s quick and easy to replace. I’ll come in soon for that. I think McGrath has a very nice service department. Jason is excellent.

Problem recurring no resolution. May sell acura and not cone back to acura. I currently just purchased mdx-problem vehicle. Also own tl that needs replaced. Will look at other car brands. Nick personally did fine. 4 issues with vehicle computer systems. Just purchased car with low miles.

Jason was awesome from the moment I showed up for my service appointment he quickly got me signed in and into my loaner. My vehicle was ready at lunch time as promised and he got me checked out with ease. Jason took the time to show me how to use my new remote start and also took a look at my windshield to make sure there was not a crack. (Thankfully, no crack!) Because of Jason’s wonderful customer service I plan to stick with Acura for my vehicles and would highly recommend to family & friends!
