Jason was personable, courteous and professional. After diagnostics were performed that revealed that my car was functioning properly, it was washed and vacuumed and ready for me when I arrived. As I came to pick up my car after the Service Dept was closed, Savanna was very helpful in assisting me with the keys and paperwork.
Nick was amazing. He explained what needs to be done to get my MDX in good shape and advised me on how to maintain the car going forward.

Jason was good about taking care of my oil change before I went to work. Brett in parts was wonderful about getting me set up at 7am after he called me back to say he could get the filter.
Benny gave me the run around. He said he'd have to order filter and he couldn't make and appt. Then he told me after I told him I atarted work at 8, he could get me a 10:30 appt. Isabel told me I don't need an appt for oil change and to talk to Brett who would take care of me. I am glad I called back. I was very frustrated because I told Benny my maintenance requiredclight was on. I was unfamiliar with this feature and was not sure if it was for an oil change.

I feel confident when talking to him that he understands the issue and will do what he can to ensure the service is completed right the first time. I prefer to work with someone that knows me and I don’t just feel that I am a number. Nick provides that level of service.
Service was very good. I'm just still perplexed how my car battery lost a charge and caused my car not to start when battery was still good.
