The service forgot to change the control panel and it still tells me that I need A1 service and says my oil is at 10% I called and thought that maybe they forgot to put in oil and only rotated tires but they said that the tech probably forgot to change back the message board.

Jason went above and beyond to help me, and he seemed like he genuinely cared. That doesn’t always happen when it’s busy, and I know he interacts with countless people on a day to day basis. However he takes the time with each of his customers to show them that they matter. I appreciated that.

Overall it was a good experience, however it was not vacuumed as it stated on the printout. It also took 2 hours vs the quoted 1 hour, but I told Jason up front I wasn’t in a hurry so that could have made the difference.
