I was very satisfied with the work and Nick. Nick explained the work performed and gave me estimate of when my car would be ready. He was in contact with me of the status. He told me of the findings of the multipoint inspection and suggestions. Nick was above and beyond. Always greets me by name, answers any questions, and follows through. Highly recommend Nick as service consultant to other customers. Thank you!

Apparently the main was disconnected by me on the steering wheel which shuts off all the features on the right side of the wheel. Also driver setting is opposite that of my old TL which is why it wouldn’t set. They were nice about my ignorance but I told Luigi it was all his fault.
