Very professional. Leonard kept us posted while we we waiting for the car. H Leonard was very nice and friendly! We were impressed that he even had the car washed after he completed the work.

Pretty seamless - called day of, they accomodated my schedule. Tim Articulated what needed to be done, why and took the time to address all of my concerns and questions. He’s a perfect example of why customer service should be but often isn’t in this day and age

While waiting on my car to get service I walked into the showroom and I was not greeted by anyone. I asked one salesman of the battery was in the trunk of ALL new TLXs and he stated that was not his job to answer sales questions and then yelled over the room for another salesman to help me. The other salesman stated “how can a help you” and he didn’t understand my question and was very short with me. This is the second Acura I bought and never experienced unwelcomeness in my 20 plus years of being with Honda/Acura. I’m most definitely thinking about leaving Acura in the near future.
