Tim kept us in the loop with the progress of the repair period. Despite the end result of not being able to resolve the after market suspension system error code. The team did put in trouble shooting efforts for which we appreciated. It was also nice to see the service guys wearing masks for the safety of your customer. Keep safety in mind is a showmanship of accountability.

Tim Cameron has excellent customer service training, he listens well and follows up on what he promises. I was impressed with him as my Service Advisor and will ask to work with him again when I bring our vehicle in to McGrath’s maintenance department.
