Tim Cameron delivered a professional, friendly service advisor experience! Tim and the McGrath Service Team not only completed the appointment for my required 2020 TLX A-Spec B1 maintenance service, but they also were able to complete a recent Fuel Pump recall while I was there for the B1 service. In doing so, they assured that I did not have to return again for a separate recall service appointment. Again, compliments and kudos to Tim and the entire McGrath team - much appreciated

Nick L was great. Just disappointed that Acura still hasn’t fixed the known squeaking brakes issue (1yr plus) and the screen going from dark to light, driver mode not available, speakers popping when radio turned on. Disappointed that a premium car has all these issues and no real urgency to rectify the problems.
