Other than Nick being a little inexperienced everything went well compared to my other experiences at Acura in the past. It seemed when I asked a question about for example is the oil change getting done with the brakes he was not sure.

Since I had arrived at this location Nick has been great on answering all my questions and concerns. He didn’t even hesitate to provide a solution for my visit and already prepared me a loaner car.
