Service tech was great. Car delivered back clean. Suggestion… turn the little locks for the floor mats back. Just nitpicking. Otherwise great.

I sent 2 texts & left a voicemail with questions on my service summary and did not receive any response. I had to wait until I picked up my car to receive an answer. Also tried calling multiple times after picking up my car with another question and no answer and knew not to leave a message since I didn’t get a response previously.
Nick is awesome. Very attentive and strives to satisfy the customer. The day after Thanksgiving , He worked with me on getting best price for 4 tires and rebate. I also had an oil change and brakes fixed and got me out the fastest service for all the repairs. I was in and out in 3 1/2 hrs.

It would be helpful to post some visual instructions by the coffeemaker. It took a while to figure hour how to do the tea packets from the machine instructions. I wasn’t sure I was doing the right thing, even after turning the packet upside-down, until I saw the tea coming out.
The Service Manager, Juan O, is the definition of customer service. Juan should be getting paid to go to every dealership across the country and teach customer relations. He is the ultimate professional. Honest, kind, hard working and genuine. Jose Rodriguez & Nick L. were also amazing to work with. Victor gave me a ride home & picked me up when my car was ready. He was great to chat with and very helpful. These guys were all so warm and inviting. If you're buying a car or getting one serviced, I think the most important thing is that you have to be able to trust the people you're dealing with. Had very poor communication. Couldn't get updates about my vehicle. I asked to get info before worked was preformed about my warranty and never heard back. My vehicle was left there for a week.

I asked for the side view mirror on the driver’s side to be fixed since it is loose and moves out of position when I am driving. I have to readjust the mirror position frequently as a result. I was told they could not find any problem with the mirror and that maybe I was accidentally hitting the control and that was causing the mirror to move. That is absolutely not the case. The mirror is definitely loose and I will have to continue adjusting it every time I drive the car. Not happy about that at all.
