Timely and effective service
Disappointing. I have bought several vehicles here and have used the service department several times over the years. It used to be top notch and a place I sent all of my friends and family when they were looking for vehicles. Unfortunately that opinion has been greatly altered after this experience with my service writer.
I made it to get an oil change at 12:30 and I did not leave the dealership until after 3:45 pm. I traveled from Monticello to get it serviced in hopes of enjoying a nice day outing but spent half of my day sitting outside waiting over 3 hours! I asked about what happened and the guy who waited on me had went to lunch without doing what he needed to do to get my vehicle in line. Several people who came after me left way before I did. Completely dissatisfied.
My initial reason for bringing in my daughter’s car was a headlight replacement. She bought the car a couple of months ago and it has also been leaking oil.
It was decided that we do an oil change to see if the oil filter was causing the problem. We’ll see. When I gave the car back to my daughter there were a couple of oil spots under the car but not anything like it was when I first took it into service.
Otherwise, great job.

The waiting area is too noisy. Either have a tv playing or music. Not both. I had a headache by the time I left. Service guys were great though!
