It was not timely like I was promised. I had to follow up several times to get information. Christian, my salesman was not very helpful. I had to call him several times to remind him to get the truck back to me. My truck was not cleaned or washed after they finished. This is my 4th vehicle from Everett and the 1st time I have been dissatisfied with my service.
