I didn’t purchase my GMC with Everett so they tried to charge me 75 dollars for my oil change. The person on the phone should have told me that when I scheduled the appointment two weeks earlier.
We brought our H3 Hummer in for over $2,000.00 worth of work done because the engine light was on. We brought it home and the engine light come back on. We called and got it in to be looked at again. We had the same error code come up. Then was told we needed another $1700.00 of work to be done. The initial work was in the Catalytic converter. The service person told us the same code can come up for catalytic converter and for the work that now needs to be done. Now we are out $2100.00 and the vehicle is still not fixed. Our issue is how did they decide to replace the catalytic convert and not the new repair that’s needed. We are beyond unsatisfied.

He’s the only service advisor I will deal with, for that simple reason.
I’m not saying the others wouldn’t but someone would have some pretty big shoes to fill.

First of all we were informed that we had 2 free oil changes when we purchased vehicle. This was only our second oil change. We were charged for it. The cashier taking care of us bluntly informed us we were wrong.
Wait time was longer than expected.
No loaner vehicle was available.
I was very displeased with this visit. I always get the run around when I bring my vehicle in for service. This is the 3rd time in a row that this has happened to me. I speak very highly about Everett but lately I’ve been getting the short end of the stick and you all never have loaner vehicles to fit my 4 children.
