The only issue today was I asked that my tires be pressurized to around max (78 -80 psi) while being rotated. When I got back in the truck that task had not been done. So it took a few more minutes to get that taken care of. Not a huge deal, but since this happened once before, I emphasized this during check in. Attention to detail!

Without an appointment my Acadia had oil change, general inspection for upcoming trip & tire rotation with prior tire purchase free of charge, all within reasonable wait time!!
