Took care of my appointment
Well I noticed that many customers where inside the building area including employees on the show room floor were not wearing mask and I decided to wait outside for my safety and health also notice that you don’t give a courtesy wash of your vehicle after completion of the service I ask Matt about this on a phone conversation and was told that I have to ask for that it’s not done as a courtesy to the customer unless I asked for it not knowing I had to ask for that service and Matt not offering that service at the time of initial service write-up
I was disappointed to see that the majority of both customers and staff were either not wearing a mask or were not wearing them properly. By not wearing them properly, I mean they were on, but under their nose and mouth. As a person who takes the coronavirus very seriously, it concerned me that I was around so many people who showed complete disregard for both the severity of the virus and the state wide mask mandate issued by the Governor.

The only time I got any info without me calling first was on Monday when he told me you were going to replace the transmission and it had been
approved, two weeks ago I when I called I was told my vehicle needed a new torq converter and parts were two to three Weeks out. When I asked him On Monday when it would be ready He said the end of this week or the end of next week. I hope if I have to come back for some issues I would not have the privilege of having Stanley as my service Mgr!!! (I believe my vehicles had been there right at 5 weeks!
