My complaint nothing to do with Matt. Three out of the last four times times I have taken my car in for an oil change and tire rotation I have been charged for the tire rotation even though I told the service writer that I bought the tires at your dealership. Today it took about 15 minutes for your people to resolve the issue. Not much money is involved but it has become very annoying.

I had an appointment at 1:00 for a oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours for my service. It turns out that the person failed to put that I was an appointment vehicle on the tag so I just got out in line. Also, I believe my vehicle should be covered under the 2 year/24000 mile complimentary maintenance program but I was charged for my service. I plan to call about that in the morning.
