I was made to wait from 11:08am until 2:10pm for a simple oil change. I would have had to wait longer had i not asked the status. Apparently my paperwork was put on his desk while he was at lunch. He left for the day with my paperwork still on his desk, and my 2 children and I were waiting in the waiting room. I felt as if I was having to beg for service. Once in my car I found oil on the inside of the driver side door.

The lady was constantly cleaning and sanitizing the waiting area, tables and chairs in the showroom. We visited and she was very pleasant and friendly. She was very friendly, (sorry, do not recall her name)
Everyone had on their masks and were following the rules which I was glad to see.
