Service Advisor Dub was very courteous and helpful. My issue was the length of time for repair being over 5 weeks. Dub did arrange for us a courtesy vehicle after the third week or so and we are thankful but that is just to long for repair in my view. Perhaps there were issues with parts that contributed. However, it did get frustrating so I wanted to pass along. I am an Everett Fan and continue to be. Have a great day. Best Regards, Jammy T

This is in conjunction with my response on yesterday. I have my receipt & on June 30th, 3 months ago I paid $233.49 for the water leaking in my car & 3 months later I was told it would be $650.00 for the same problem. $233.49 was a bit much just to clean. I don’t understand why they didn’t notice this issue 3 months ago? I’ve brought this car to Everette several times & sometimes I feel I have been overcharged. What is Environmental Charges?

Tell whomever, my brand new tires don't have their "tire tread depth yellow" and won't need replacing for another 40k+ miles. Don't be like those other dealerships, be honest with people.
