Upon dropping my GMC Sierra off for a oil service, tire rotation and check brakes (small noise in the driver rear brake). My tire pressure sensor comes on and I can’t check my tire pressure electronically. service mentioned this when I left but I was not sure exactly what they were talking about until i drove off and noticed the warning. There was no warning light on when I dropped my vehicle off for service. Now it’s on every time I start the truck. You all explained a sensor tested bad but there were no warning lights on before I dropped the truck off for service. Very odd it all of a sudden went bad. I’m thinking something was not reinstalled correctly. I should have turned around and taken my vehicle back to service, but I had a meeting I had to get to. Again Everett gmc is top notch. My car was in your shop several months ago for the same thing I had to bring it in today. I paid for it to be repaired & it’s doing the same thing then I’m told it will be $650.00 to repair. I thought it was repaired b4, but now something else has to be done. That’s not a good feeling having to pay more for the same issue...
I couldn’t be happier with Everett dealership and the courteous, professional and caring service from Mr. Seth. He has handled every service issues my truck has had to my complete satisfaction. I think your dealership is very fortunate to have Mr. Evans working for you. It’s employees like him that make your dealership at the to of my list.

Sat for 2 hours to be told I needed a new belt. Which I already knew. To be told it was gonna take an hour and a half. It took 15 minutes because thats how long it takes to change a belt. And got charged 300 dollars! Absolutely ridiculous!
