Dub did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs being done. The inspection done on my truck after the initial work was completed was totally unexpected but was greatly appreciated. Dub went above and beyond any other service department I've dealt with in the past. My next vehicle will definitely come from Everett's Buick GMC dealership. Thanks Dub for a job well done.

We were there for over 2 hours and we were the first car in line when I pulled up. Another car came and went while we were waiting and they were only there for 30 minutes or less. That’s too long to wait for an oil change

I got in my vehicle and before I stepped in the truck I saw I had oily hand prints/smuges on my running boards. When I got home I saw I had two good size hand prints/smugs on the hood of my truck. Not a big deal but I just washed it and if you oil on it they could have got a rag and wiped it off.
