It didn’t take as long as it usually does and they remembered to run my car through the wash this time.
Seth did a great job of having my vehicle evaluated, fixed, and ready for pick up.
I believed at purchase I was told for warranty I needed an oil change every 3000 miles so I came in at 3200. After I paid for the service I was told I needed service every 5-6 thousand miles. I wish I had ben told that prior to having the service when the tech saw the milage. It is a brand new car and I simply wanted to be prompt in getting service at the dealership I purchased from. Now I feel like I should’ve been told it wasn’t needed for another 1800 miles and I would not have spent the $45. I need clarification of service expectations regarding oil change services for warranty.
As I LOVE to say. Everett is very fortunate to have Seth. His honesty and compassion is very evident I. How he handles his customers. Makes it that much easier when you have to drop $2700.
Your services department was very professional and efficient. They had my vehicle in and serviced in about an hour. Kudos to them!
I was informed that i couldn’t have my tires rotated or have the nail in my tire fixed because my front tires were balled on the outside because of liability issues. My thoughts are i left with better tires on the back of my truck and it is more dangerous if i have a blowout on a front tire. I always bring my truck to Everett’s for servicing but from now on i will find a place with my better interests at heart.

I called this morning and Nanette told me after 1:30 was best for oil change. Cory met me at my car at approximately 2;25. I was finished in 45 minutes. Thanks for minimizing exposure to COVID!

Awesome customer service!!! I was a walk in and just because I waited so long, my oil change was free. You really can’t beat the service. I am impressed!!
