Ever thing was satisfactory except my brakes were squealing they said they cleaned them and they might still squeal and they do worse than ever now. He said a new break job but they might still squeal. There should be something they can do on a new truck to stop that.

Yes, I am satisfied. My work isn’t complete because a part had to be ordered. I do not count that against Corey or Everett. If the question is whether I was satisfied with Corey, et al, on the day of the visit, the answer would be “yes”...... that time and every other previous time. Likewise, I anticipate that it will be “yes, completely satisfied” when he calls me that my part is in and that I can schedule and complete the service. Was not informed or expecting to pay $200 for an oil change. I agreed to have the filter changed but wouldn't have agreed to a total of $200 for oil change and filter. You have lost this customer.
