Corey did great. I’m pleased with the oil change and tire rotation. However, I sat at a table in the guest area and watched many employees walk through with no face masks or scarves. Twice I observed employees interact with customers in situations where none of the participants had masks on. There were employees with neck scarves around their necks, not on their faces. Your guys at the computers in the service department had their scarves on their necks. Not a single person has their mouth or noses covered when I walked in. When I checked out, the young lady had her paper mask on her chin with her mouth and nose exposed. She turned and coughed into her arm, turned around to me and proceeded with our transaction. She should have excused herself and washed her hands. At the least, she should have used germ-x to clean her hands. The most disturbing thing is that I have to come back to your service center because my car requires some extra work. I have been at a loss the past two weeks watching numbers of sick Arkansans rise. After spend a short 1.5 hours at you center, I can understand why this health crisis is spreading. I’m very disappointed in your lax behavior during this pandemic. I hope after tomorrow I won’t have to return for a very long time.

Dub has been my go to service person and my experience has been stellar and completely satisfying. Dub is professional. He makes you the most important person of the day from greeting you when you come in to getting you out the door promptly. Great job Dub

Everything about the experience at Everett’s is top shelf. The service is great, the employees are very friendly and customer oriented..and the waiting room is like no other. We have bought 3 vehicles from Everett so far and we will go no where else.

Stanley was great. The oil change was done quickly. No issues there. I was uncomfortable seeing so many associates unmasked - either behind the desks or walking around. Many were in close proximity to each other.

It’s more than an oil change. It’s a complete inspection to make sure my car is safe to drive. I feel confident that everything is good when I pick it up. Text communication is the best. I know when my car is back in service and when it’s ready to be picked up.
