Matt did a great job and got me in quickly. However, I asked about getting a car wash; he said OK, but it didn’t happen. I assume someone down the line didn’t check the work order.
Matt provided exceptional customer service. Being a single woman, I know little about vehicles and always reach out to my dad before making decisions. Sometimes my dad can be a bit overbearing and demanding. He spoke with Matt a few times during this experience and Matt remained calm and professional the entire time. Even as I tried to apologize to Matt, he was apologizing to ME and reassuring me things were fine. He even worked to help me out with the substantial costs. He deserves to be recognized for his efforts. It’s people like him that make me want to keep coming back to Everett in the future.
I’ve been doing my vehicle business with Everett since 2014 and have been completely satisfied since the beginning.
I really like Seth. He’s transparent and kind. I appreciate his candor, and I feel he’s trustworthy when it comes to explaining the things that need service to my vehicle.

A large number of your staff walked around without mask. I seen several of them approach customers without a mask on. With the virus numbers on the rise y’all should be more careful

Had appointment for 1:00 to get oil change and tires rotated got there 12:50 didn't get truck back till 4:00. Checked with the desk at 3:00 said vehicle was done just waiting on paper work. 3:50 talked to some some else who checked on vehicle and got my vehicle for me! This has been the worst servo e I have ever had from Everetts.
