Dub has been my service advisor several times. Always does a great job. You have a great team there. Only thing I would change is when you are greeted sell the service. It’s good that the greeter comes to your door but when they tell you it’ll be a two hour wait... talk it up... don’t try to run the customer off. I’ve been coming there for over 4 years. I know it’s not the fastest service but the refreshments and staff make the time go by fast. I’m in the auto industry as well... always sell your service. Thanks to everyone.

We had to take our vehicle up there twice. The first time I took it up there on a Tuesday afternoon about 1. I was treated horribly and told I would have to wait (which I knew I would and was prepared to do). I was told I needed to come back in the morning when they opened because my wait was about 2 hours. He was rude and condescending. He never gave me a chance to explain that I was prepared to wait. By the time he finished berating me about how I showed up too late in the day for an oil change, I was completely done with everyone and everything. I had my husband handle the oil change on Friday. He was spoken to and treated with professionalism and manners. His experience was excellent. I’m not sure if I just got a service guy on a bad day, or if they don’t speak as poorly to men. However, we have decided to only let my husband deal with your service department if at all possible.
