Came in for oil change/rotation. After 1 hr. 45 min and a pending meeting on my schedule, I checked on vehicle. It was being repaired for a recall. I was not told or advised. I even texted to check in vehicle, but no response. I missed my appointment and spent 2 hrs waiting.
Just down to earth great friend type guy. Listened, gave his opinion,thoughts and ideas to cover all problems. Busy, running wide open and concentrating the not to make mistake, but gave all the make sure I was totally taken care of.

They never fix anything, we get home the night of and the radio problem started again, it’s hard to fix anything when you don’t spend time or drive more than 6 miles in all the problems the trucks are having. Transmission is junk and talked to several other customers with the 2017-2018 models and some have sold truck back or traded in. These years should be recalled and fixed maybe put the 10 speed in get rid of the junk 8 speeds. For someone to tell us nothing was wrong with our truck is a joke what do they think we’re making this **** up. I will be getting out of this 2018 one way or the other. Sadly maybe with another dealer’
Poor communication on status of repair, warranty and payment responsibility. Was notified vehicle was ready for pick up. Was denied when I came in. Dub was following company procedures. 2 GMC dealers and GMC did not work well together.

Mr. Blair was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. As it relates to the issue with my vehicle, he was able to provide some insight as to what may be wrong as I described the issue. Mr. Blair reassured me that the vehicles would be throughly tested and the issue resolved. Within one hour, I received a text and follow up call from Mr. Blair stating that my vehicle was ready and issue resolved. It s great to work with a respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable service tech/rep like Mr. Blair. Thanks you again, Mr. Blair.
