Seth always provides excellent service and he goes way beyond what is expected. what I am very disappointed with is the person that I dealt with when I came in first with that original problem about a month ago. I don't know this guy's name he's big heavy set black guy . He absolutely threw a part at my truck and told me that it was fixed when in fact it was never fixed he told me he changed out the leaf spring he in fact had the pads changed out and I paid close to $200 for it because he told me even though it was under warranty my warranty wouldn't pay for the work that they had done create in other words he lied to me. He put pads on there and warranty would have never covered that and it didn't need pads in the first place and the problem still not fixed. Seth did everything he could to find the problem but the I don't think the service manager really paid a whole lot of attention to it and that disturbs me. I dealt with Everett for a very long time and I continue to enjoy the service I get and I particularly trust Seth and everything he says and does period he is very proud of his reputation and I know he has a good one. But one bad Apple like the heavy set black guy that sets to the right when you walk in really throws a damper on the service Everett represents. You can call me if you want to ****-****-xxxx . I was ripped off during that visit there should never have been a charge and he should never have lied to me

Dub helped above and beyond. Had me in and out very quick. With out his help traveling for Christmas would be canceled. Thank yall

I was Treated like crap by the girl . No one seem to know about my warranty Tell I pulled out paperwork to prove it . Then the girl would not answer my phone calls or if she did she would immediately hang up . Then I got ahold of dub he took great care of me . Worked with my crazy schedule . The only thing was while I was there I traded in my vehicle . 2 weeks ago . I paid cash for the warranty work but no one ever put it in Today I got a call that I needed to pick up my truck. I explained that I traded it in . But I was asked to come take care of my bill . Thermal warranty I had a $200 deductible I gave them 220 bc they didn’t have cash the night I paid them to give me change . Was it no big deal to me It was less then a dollar and change That they Old me back . But no one but Doug knew anything about my warranty even when I went to pay out . And I was told that it was not covered again . When I was trying to pay .

My vehicle is worst / thought I had only a bad tire snd they said no it needed alignment/ now the whole vehicle vibrates/ the steering wheel shakes like crazy / never done this before/: I will bring it back tomorrow/ had to go to the doctor today/: plus whoever got my car in the valet apparently had smoked prior to getting it snd my car was smoke smelling and it caused me to have to use my inhaler//because I am so allergic to smoke // I hate to complain because Everett has always been the best place ever but this is unacceptable

Everett is always very professional and has my vehicle done quickly. Impressive customer service. Why I drive from LR to have Everett do the work. Matt and staff are very friendly and willing to help. Waiting area is comfortable and the snacks and drinks are a welcome bonus. Highly recommend Everett service Dept.

Seth,drove my GMC Canyon,and explained to me why my truck,transmissio was acting like it was slipping. SETH if it got worse bring my truck back and we would let the transmission man take a look

Things weren’t going well when I was first confronted with the total for parts and labor for the work needed, but Seth helped me complete my service after the original service tech had to leave. And Scott was willing to work with us on the overall cost. The loaner vehicle was excellent, as well. Thanks to all who served!
