Always has treated me well and service on vehicle has been excellent. I’d also like to express my appreciation for all employees of Everett wearing masks and abiding by cdc protocols. I’m a senior citizen with some additional at risks factors, so naturally I try to be extra cautious and y’all have made me feel comfortable when waiting for my vehicle to be finished service. With only 61,000 miles I should not be having transmission problems. I hope flushing the transmission is not just a temporary fix!!! Yes, I was pleased with the service, I’m just concerned about my vehicle that still shifts hard!
