Time is everything! I was in and out on an oil change. Didn’t have time to finish my cookie and drink. Had to take with me. I’ve got 3 vehicles to keep up.
The service was great. I was at the facility for about ten to fifteen minutes before a service representative came out. He actually came for another vehicle that had just arrived in the other lane. I informed him that I was there first. He said ok and got my information. Both vehicles were there for the same service, oil change service. However the other vehicle was taken in first and of course was completed first. My vehicle was completed about ten to twelve minutes later. I thought I should’ve been out ahead of the other vehicle.

He really didn’t speak with me about the service performed on my truck. I noticed other service representatives explaining the service to the customer. Mine barely spoke to me when I drove up. Or when my truck was finished. I’m not pleased about that portion of my visit.

Cory was VERY professional and represented your service department in the highest manner possible to ensure that I left with a “positive” frame of mind. Cory ordered 2 tires for me and asked that I call him directly to schedule the installation of the tires once they arrive.

Thanks for taking care of our GMC Terrain $20 under budget.
My wife took the Acadia in for this service; she asked to have her tires rotated, but was told the tires were worn and dry rotted and it wouldn’t help to rotate so they didn’t, but rather gave her a quote for new tires. Also she specified that her windshield washer was not spraying adequate washer fluid on the windshield and it still won’t after the service. She was not a happy camper.
