Dub Hicks did outstanding. Issue part was not in the building . Understanding That issue. How would you expect to have every part every time. In Air Force we called A W P Auto Waiting Part.,or Aircraft waiting Part. Continue If I don’t start anything I don’t have do anything . Be safe wear the mask

This was my first visit with my car that I purchased from Orr Nissan in Hot Springs. When I called to schedule the appt the agent was pleasant and professional. The agent that registered me today was very courteous and friendly. He made sure I knew exactly what actions would be covered with my vehicle, then he escorted me to the waiting area, explaining the refreshment bar etc. My visit today took less than the estimated time... the cashier was equally friendly and professional... and so was the Valet rep. I am extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and especially the friendliness of every Everett rep I have encountered thus far. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Thank you

I was told my Enclave needed a battery, I agreed to have one installed. After I received the invoice for payment, I asked what type of battery was installed and I kind of got the run around. I had to asked again and that’s when the service tech went to the parts desk and they found out what type of battery was installed. I felt it was unprofessional to install a battery and can’t tell the customer what type of battery he paid $200 for. Afterwards, I noticed the invoice didn’t have the cabin air and the fuel filter on it. I did bring that up to the service tech when I first checked in. Over all, our Enclave is running great.

The job was great and Everett is always a great environment, but the oil change and tire rotation did take a total of two and a half hours. I know you were likely busy, but having routine maintenance last that long without any contact of an update is slightly inconvenient. I started to think that there must be something extra wrong with my car because it was taking so long. But again, thank you!

I was in few weeks with repair, and was given advance that I needed shocks. The shocks were special order, so had to wait for them to come in. I understood the price of shocks and was stated that job would take two hours to complete. I was expecting $700 to $800 for job. Came back in when shocks came in and my mistake did not ask for cost of job already knowing from previous talk. When picked up truck was shocked that I was charged three hours for a shock change. I feel like that is one hour over what is needed to complete the job. I’m ok with paying just felt it was an overcharge compared to other repair work that has been performed at Everett. Just wanted to give some feedback

We talked to one of the guy that brought our car out from service. Asked him about our tire that had a nail in it. He explained what they did to tire and we were pleased on how they fixed it. Thanks again and we will bring our GMC for more service later on down the future.
