Everette Buick-Gmc always do a wonderful job and has excellent customer service. Stanley Blair goes out of his way to make sure that I understand what the service department completed on my vehicle. Stanley is a great asset to Everett Buick GMC. I’m so thankful for all that they do.
Wi-fi screen showing up, trying to open an App. I don’t have WiFi service. Been on phone with On Star for 40 minutes they have not been able to fix problem yet.. didn’t have this problem before battery installed.
As usual the team went above and beyond what was expected of them until they were able to tell me what was wrong with my car; although, it wasn't good news I was glad when they got to the bottom of it.

Excellent! Dub was very kind and understanding and helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He also got us into a loaner car quickly so myself and my toddler wouldn’t have to wait long in the waiting area.
Exceptional professionalism. I’m happy with the professional service folks at Everett; however, I’m not at all happy with GMC. A transmission ($5000) should not go out on a 3 year old Sierra, nor should a shutter assembly ($650 ) or and air conditioner condenser ($1200 ). Anyway you get the picture

I dropped my truck wanting the oil changed, the brakes checked, A tire estimate, and the Windows fixed. I paid for the window repair and 1 window (the driver window) is still broken. Regardless of how I feel, my window still doesn’t work and I paid over $300.
