I have been a Everette GMC customer for 6 years. I referred everyone I knew to them when needed. I brand new Acadia in 2018 with all the warranties. Not long after having it my car wouldn’t register that it was in park. They fixed it. Yesterday the issue came back. We called and they said it would be next week for an appointment but if we wanted to bring it up and wait we could. We brought it up today, thinking all the warranties were still good. Work was done and got to the register to get my keys and it was $600!! The guy that helped us said our “extended warranty” expired yesterday! Needless to say, they have lost our business for good. Which I hate because we were looking to trade this car in another year with them.

Had to wait awhile but it was tolerable.
Mason was very courteous and professional, although he appeared to have trouble getting substantive information from the tech(s), and was thereby unable to provide timely updates. I felt 2 weeks was entirely too long for the truck to be out of service, based on the work that was done. They missed the tire rotation (my expense). I was told that the P.R.A. for the side mirror is also incomplete. I expected superior teamwork/efficiency from such a high volume, high profile dealership, as I experienced in sales, but my service expectations fell short. Please advise. I was charged for the tire rotation and they said it would be free because I bought my tires from you. They took the charge off after I asked reminded them and she looked up my tire purchase.
My experience with Mr. Blair was amazing. He was patient and professional. Mr. Blair remembered me from a prior visit and went out of his way to get to know what my vehicle needs were for this visit. He made me feel that my business was appreciated. I'll DEFINITELY come back for future service needs and to purchase when I'm ready to trade my vehicle in.
