When I brought my car in Itold the service rep I would wait for it and Iwanted the tires rotated. They called home when finished but never told me in the lounge so I waited an extra hour before I finally asked if it was ready. They didn’t rotate the tires because they didn’t findll
I love coming to your dealership for service. Cory is so nice and efficient. He is my favorite. Everyone is so nice and polite. I don’t usually have to wait but about an hour.

We called for an appointment last week, but were told they were booked, so we made it for this week. When we got there at our scheduled time, we were put in line as first come first serve and told it would be a while. No big deal, but why make appointments?

I receive reminders about service from dealership with the invitation to “schedule online.” I finally created yet another account with yet another password. Log-in worked but after being thrown off several times when I tried to get to calendar, I called and scheduled an appointment. When I expressed concern about the online process, the scheduler informed me that a customer really can’t schedule online and that if I had gotten to calendar someone would have called me. Why would the dealership seem to offer this option when it really isn’t an option?

I'm 100% sure that I was overcharged for a part. I absolutely will never visit this dealership or service center again. I also will not recommend this location to anyone. Although a refund was issued, I am still not pleased with the service that I received. I love my Buick and plan to purchase another one soon, but will not do business with Everett. Also, half of the employees were not wearing face masks even there's a statewide mandate. Totally unacceptable!
He was right on time and very courteous as well as the Valet. Everett is a cut above the rest
What I was not pleased with was the time I had to wait. I know there were a lot of cars but I had chatted on line with a person earlier in the week and asked for the best time to bring my car in and was told some one from the service department would contact me
I never heard so when my oil chang light came I decided to take it in. My wait time was almost 2 hours.
