I called at 1:50 and asked the wait time because my previous appointment had canceled and I had an appointment there at 4:30 and I would like to come in aero. They said the wait was about 1 1/2 hours. I said I would just keep my appointment. I checked in at 4:15. At 5:35 they called me and told me theywere thru with my oil change and tire rotation but I-had some filters that needed changing. I told them to change some of them. At a few minutes after 6 I went to the service area and asked them if someone could check on the status of my truck. A young got up and went out and told me about they were about thru they were putting the oil in it. 10 minutes later I got my truck. So I was there almost 2 hours. I gotta checking the tire press and found that it was exactly in each tire what I when I came in which was 77 in the back tires. 73 in the left front and 70 in t he e right front. Makes me question whether they actually rotated my tires.

Never addressed the problem. I was told because it did not throw a check engine light that there was no problem. This is sad if your Mechanics can only troubleshoot base of a check engine reading. Truck still having starter problems. We just took it to you Competition for repair.
