Seth was a great help with my car needs. He put my nerves at ease about what was wrong with my car and the monetary dent it was going to put in my wallet. He was the best that I ever have the pleasure working with.

Good guy had good attitude toward work
He was helpful in explaining why for the first time in all my years of owning GM products I had a power train failure. I did not know GM went from 100,000 to 60,000 warranty very disappointing

I forgot to tell the Service writer to rotate my tires when I had it serviced. If they pulled prior services they would have seen that and asked me if I wanted them rotated. Not really their fault but they normally ask if they think anything else should be done.

On the day I dropped my Encore I had been unsuccessful at reaching any advisor. I left a message for one (who never returned my call) and it wasn’t until I reached Kim who was very helpful and put me in touch with Seth. When I explained that I was driving when my Encore began to have issues & I was afraid to turn it off so I would bring it immediately. Kim was very nice and agreed. When I arrived Seth was very prompt and made me feel very at ease. Thank you for your kind crew!

Cory was very nice and since I was new to the service area he explained the process of screening my vehicle and what would happen. Also keep in touch with me throughout the wait time. Also the lady cleaning the area did a great job. And another employee sprayed the chairs in the waiting area. Very pleased overall.
We scheduled an 1130 appointment. My wife arrived on time to receive an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later the work was completed. And it was only after my wife had to repeatedly ask for status updates of the service. We assume that the work was completed but was not provided a copy of any paperwork proving the work had been done. So in answer to your question, no I was not satisfied with my service appointment. It wasn’t completed in a timely manner and I have no proof the work was even completed.
