My dissatisfaction had nothing to do with Matt. He was polite and helpful the entire time. I stop in for a $40 oil change ( which was sold to me as a $10 oil change- yes it’s been a couple years but I’m still not over a 400% price hike) and end up dropping $178 because I was told I needed an alignment. I haven’t looked at my old paperwork, but I’m pretty sure I had an alignment done in the fall when I bought tires and had some maintenance done. While it’s certainly possible to be out of line, I was surprised. I sat outside during my wait as a safety precaution. I observed a salesman shake hands with a family, which surprised me, but 2 seconds later, he stroked his mustache and beard- 3 full passes right over his mouth. I was surprised at the lack of safety and that my truck was t wiped down on the touch points. No, I’m not a crazy liberal but I want to stay safe. I’m a crazy conservative, and when I go shopping for a new vehicle in two years, I hope to find something that’s has zero parts outsourced to China, because I’m done with them. ( pass that along to higher authorities) Meanwhile, a few months back, the service team was not able to find why truck has died three times while driving. It has died once more. All this to say my trust in Everett has waned. I’ve said my peace; there’s no need to contact me. Thanks.

Super friendly and fast. I just needed a key and I was in and out quickly. She had a question about if I was paying or if it was included in the deal and she cleared it up with the salesman nick Stewart. Very pleased with my total buying experience.
