I'm wondering if they checked my transmission didn't see that on my invoice.
It was great till I needed to pay. Stood in line for 8 to 10 minutes. One person to check out at 4:00 in the afternoon. Meanwhile three guys in parts standing around visiting. Lot’s of staff walking by seeing the problem. Finely a staff person matched keys to bills to help the poor guy checking us out. I understand division of labor but the guy that can check you out in parts should step over the 20 ft. To help. Other than checkout great service great experience.
It really was a breath of fresh air to pull up and see every one being normal....not all masked up and spraying sanitizer everywhere. I was nervous about this. My first visit since COVID precautions. I’m not against masks when necessary. Some people had masks. Some did not. All the other customers stayed respectfully apart. Your facility is clean. It was just nice and peaceful. I enjoyed waiting for my vehicle to be serviced! Thank you Dwight and Suzie and staff!
