We had a bad experience immediately after we left the dealership which was no fault of the dealership but Seth went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road to get home. We had driven 3 hours to do business with Everett because of their reputation. Seth exceeded those expectations!

I was taken care of as soon as I pulled in the service department. Dillon was super nice. I had an oil change and tires rotated. I’ve always had good and fast service with Everett Buick and GMC.

I went in to have the towing connection ck out. I had another issue but had already discussed it with Cory my regular service tech & we were going to address that problem at another time. Dub came out & told me about the other problem I was having but not the towing problem. The lady at the desk called and up to tell me that my truck was ready. I was never told what actually was the problem or how much it was going to cost until the cashier called me to her desk to pay my bill of over $140 that I wasn’t really prepared to pay the bill Very disappointed that that I was put in that situation.
