During my regular service for my truck I was asked if I would like to add a “slight correction” to my right wheel’s alignment—I responded yes without asking (or receiving) a “time estimate.” Without realizing it, instead of the usual 30 to 40 minutes I waited from 8:30 until 10:40, over two hours, for this to be completed. This was an unexpected interruption to my scheduled day. I should have asked about the amount of time before I agreed to this service—and the additional cost. My fault, next time I will ask.

Had an unknown front end alignment issue. Consequently, service call took 2 hours. Glad problem was discovered and resolved. Seth forgot my tire rotation charge was comped. But, her made it good in the end.

The only problem I had and I was not the only one. When my service is complete I should not have to go walk around the lot to look for it. It is kind of sad to see people walking around aimlessly hitting their key fob to make the horn honk to find the vehicle they just had serviced. I know you guys have a large volume but maybe numbered spots so I know where to find my vehicle

2nd time I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Dillon and this amazing dealership’s service department. I even told the valet guy when they went to get my vehicle that I wished I could hook a chain to this dealership and drag it to my home town, because they are so great. It’s almost a 45 minute drive from where I live, but so worth it. I really like the text updates directly from Dillon about the status of my service and the ALL the modern creature comforts of the waiting area. Can’t say enough great things, they simply treat you like they’ve known you all your life.

The service for this visit was great due to the concern of the diesel tech only. What I am upset with is I have had to take my 2017 GMC Denali 2500 to this shop twice this week as well as several times in the past. For the price I am paying for this truck you would like to think that it would come with low maintenance. I have had several glow plugs as well as injectors replaced on this truck. I will be satisfied when I do not have to make a monthly visit due to the service light continuously turning on.
