Took a little longer than i had hoped, but repair and service people were great!
As always Everette surpasses my expectations.
Service was great but scheduling the appointment was not. I called and the phone rang and ranged with no answer. I hung up and called back. This time after many rings got voicemail. Left voicemail but after three hours still no one called so I called back and spoke to someone. I wonder how many people took appointments I could have had if someone has called me back sooner.
Dub was so nice & professional. I had a bad experience there about a year ago & finally decided to try again & was not disappointed! Thank you!
Stanley was amazing! I am disappointed that the transmission did not even last 90000 miles. After research I see that this was a major problem I guess that’s why GMC changed from 100000 to 60000 mile warranty
Seth was awesome! He even helped when I had to come back to because I left with my keys!! I would recommend my friends to come to Everett!!

I was completely satisfied with my service today & last week. The one thing that the service department needs to improve is returning calls. I’ve left 3 voicemails over the last year & no one has ever returned my calls.
