I typically opt for synthetic oil when I’m getting my oil change and assumed that would either be asked of me or known based on previous history. My experience was ruined but certainly would have preferred that. I was also under the assumption that when I purchased my tires from the dealership that tire rotation would be covered for the life of the tires. I may have misunderstood that but again that wasn’t discussed.
