Brandon offered a solution and I appreciate him working for me on the issue. I hope GMC has figured out a solution to this problem. My last 2 Sierra’s with 8 speed transmissions has been JUNK! I’ve drove GM products for a majority of my adult life but with this issue I may go another way than GM on my next purchase if this transmission flush doesn’t fix a simple issue. Thank you for allowing me to air my grievance with this issue.

I was told that it take 1hr 20min for an oil change. Two hours and 40 minutes later I got my truck.
On my way to south Ar today my cruise control would not work. I stoped at Lucky’s in Monticello and they fixed the problem by reprogramming the programming that Everett’s did yesterday. It took them about 15min to fix.

I got new tires put on and your alignment machine was down? Was told that toes were out on alignment I think a few months ago! Need that looked at!

Excellent service. However, I didnt get a reminder for my next oil change. It is usually placed on the windshield.
After spending almost 3 hours there to get my oil changed when I made an appointment a week in advance and didn’t get my tires rotated as planned definitely not pleased with the service I received. Luckily Interstate Tire was able to fit me right in and take the business you couldn’t get done. Everything seemed very disorganized and lots of chaos.....honestly not sure if I’ll do business there again other then warranty work. ????

I was unable to get my first service and tire rotation at the dealership because of the virus , and when I ask the lady that set my appointment up she said no help. I would like to do the next service at the dealership and get the complementary service that I missed out on . What say you?
My truck was there for a month for a transmission problem due to **** GM parts. My truck has 73k miles. Could never get a call back after leaving several messages just trying to get updates on the status on my truck. This teeth pulling process has guaranteed that I will never but from Everett again.
