Matt called with suggested filter replacements, which I agreed to. He called when service was complete. Service was completed fast. I was greeted almost immediately after pulling up to the service bay. I was extremely satisfied with my service today.

Upon arrival, explained it was my first service visit after buying the vehicle and my understanding that it was a free visit. When notified that oil change was completed, I went to cashier and was presented with a bill. Took a little bit to get it straightened out and ultimately the amount charged was credited back to me, but the whole thing seemed unnecessary. No one seems to listen anymore.
