They are always helpful and Dub took the time to talk to me about my vehicle. He explained what was going on and advised to bring the vehicle back so they could do further diagnostics. Was a quick oil change and cheaper than other places for my diesel truck!!! Will continue my services like always with Everette! Thank you
Just a question regarding about a possible oversight.:
I bought a maintenance plan upon purchase of the truck and I believe it to still be in effect. Could you double check my charges and see if this is in error? Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Yep just still standing here waiting on valet. Going on 6 minutes. I’m going to go look for it. Found my car. Thanks for the assistance after walking the lot. The oil change guy hid it behind a motor home. Wait no one assisted till I asked for assistance because there was no valet attendants.

So in summary, it was not a good experience at all and your service team never did introduce themselves, say thank you or even say anything except “Pay at the cashier”
Every other dealership has washed my automobile while being serviced, Everett did not.
He was very kind and respectful. I was on the way back from a fasting physical from my doctor’s office (with a blood draw). I had picked up the only meal I had had that day when the engine light came on. He let me eat it. He kept me posted on the work that was being done on my car. He answered all my questions politely.
I had very courteous service today! Matt and the young lady behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Seth always speaks and tries to help. It’s always nice to be recognized by the folks where you spend your money. That’s why I won’t consider going elsewhere for my vehicle service. Thanks to everyone for their prompt and courteous service.
